What is the most popular time of day on your site

I have pulled together some analytics that others may also find very interesting. The chart below ranks the traffic received at each hour of the day on one of my larger sites. This will give you an idea when users are the most active on the web.

When should you add new content to your site? Well if you only add new content once or twice a day the best time would be when there are the most active visitors. After looking at this data adding content between 9-10am will give you the most return.
