Microsoft Silverlight VS Adobe Air – Survey Results

The following are the results from the survey on would you rather use a UI built in Microsoft Silverlight or Adobe Air.  Although Silverlight made a showing the results are obvious that users still overwhelmingly prefer to use Adobe products.

The next question would be - Can most users tell what software the UI they are using is built in? If not then why would they care (other than having to initially install the plugin)? Does this effect your decision on what technology you will build your next project in?
